How To Jump Back Into Forex Trading After a Break

One of the great things about trading is the lifestyle it provides like being able to take a vacation anytime (like I just did).  So, today we will go over how to mentally get back into the game after an extended time away from trading.

  • How to avoid costly mistakes based on common mental issues (i.e.  feeling left out due to missing big moves while away from trading or forcing opportunities, etc.)
  • How to research what’s happened while you were gone so you can get mentally and emotionally prepared for jumping back into live trading.
  • Checking trends (both shorter and longer term) not to pick out any specific trades, but just to gauge what’s been happening while away.
