The following terms and conditions and any other related rules that are adopted by Complete Currency Trader Ltd and made available herein (collectively the “Conditions of Sale”) shall apply to all sales of Complete Currency Trader Ltd products that you (the “Customer” or “you”) may order from Complete Curency Trader Ltd, a company organised and existing under the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain (“Complete Currency Trader” or referred to herein as “us”, “our” or “we”).

These Conditions of Sale apply exclusively to sales made through the CompleteCurrencyTrader.com website. Complete Currency Trader Ltd may modify the Conditions of Sale from time to time, at its sole discretion.

The Conditions of Sale applicable to any order placed through the website are those in force at the time that you place your order. When you check the “I Accept” or similar box at the order confirmation section of the Website before placing your order with Complete Currency Trader, you indicate your acknowledgment and your full acceptance of these Conditions of Sale. If you refuse to accept these Conditions of Sale, you will not be able to order any Complete Currency Trader products from the website.

Persons wishing to use the Website will also be deemed, by virtue of such use, to have agreed to be bound by our Website Terms of Use and our Privacy Notice, which are incorporated to these Conditions of Sale by reference.

PURCHASING ELIGIBILITY

Only individuals who (a) have reached the age of majority (eighteen in most countries), and (b) have legal capacity to enter into contracts, may order products through the CompleteCurrencyTrader.com website. Any orders placed in contravention to this provision shall be null and void. By placing an order through the website, you represent and warrant that you are a bona fide end-user Customer and will not deliver, sell or otherwise distribute Complete Currency Trader products or purchase Complete Currency Trader products for commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. If despite our efforts the product is no longer available or Complete Currency Trader Ltd believes, for legitimate grounds, that an order would violate these Conditions of Sale, Complete Currency Trader Ltd may refuse such order.

PRODUCT OR SERVICE AVAILABILITY; QUANTITY

All orders placed through the Website are subject to availability and acceptance by Complete Currency Trader.

Complete Currency Trader Ltd reserves the right to change the assortment of products and services offered on the website and may limit from time to time the quantity of products and services available or that may be ordered by a Customer in a single buying session.

The product pages of the website can provide you with information regarding products that are currently available for sale through our website. Please note that only those items displaying an “Order Now” button (or similar) are available for sale through the Website. You may also contact the Customer Support Centre (details indicated on the website) and a Complete Currency Trader representative will provide you with further information as to product availability and assist you with your purchase.

PRICES, TAX AND SHIPPING COSTS

All prices shown on the product pages of the website exclude VAT, shipping costs and other taxes unless otherwise stated. The applicable currency will be updated based on the shipping destination after you provide us with the delivery address.

Complete Currency Trader reserves the right to modify prices and delivery costs at any time without prior notice. The price of a product and delivery costs displayed on the website, as indicated at the time Complete Currency Trader provides you with a Confirmation of Order, will be honoured by Complete Currency Trader.

Shipping costs are not stated on the product pages but will be added to the product price after you have chosen your delivery options.

Shipping costs and VAT will be reflected on your order page, that is to say the last page before you are asked to confirm and place your order and will also appear on your receipt. Shipping costs, if any, are described in the shipping policy set forth below. Please note that VAT will vary based on the location to which products are being shipped, and will not be charged at all if you are resident outside of the United Kingdom or European Union.

The actual VAT associated with your purchase will be calculated at the time when your order is to be shipped. Please note that in case of changes to the applicable VAT rates between the date your order is placed and the date Complete Currency Trader is ready to ship your order, we will contact you and ask that you reconfirm your order. If Complete Currency trader cannot obtain your instructions, Complete Currency Trader will cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation.

Taxes applicable to the customers individual country of residence such as import duties are the responsibility of the customer, not Complete Currency Trader. The customer should check if they will be required to pay import tax or duty before ordering from Complete Currency Trader. In the event of a refund, Complete Currency Trader will not reimburse any import taxes paid to government agencies by the customer.

PAYMENT

Payment by credit or debit card.

You may pay by credit or debit card, as indicated on the website.

When ordering on the website, you will need to enter your payment details on the appropriate form. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Complete Currency Trader, you will need to contact your card issuer directly to solve this problem, and Complete Currency Trader will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

In order to process your order, we may perform a pre-authorisation of your card. By submitting an order for any Complete Currency Trader products or services on the website, you expressly authorise Complete Currency Trader via our payment gateway provider to perform such pre-authorisation and, where Complete Currency Trader deems necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your card number, to authenticate your identity, to validate your card, to obtain an initial card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.

Payment by bank wire transfer

You may also pay by bank wire transfer for purchases of products or services from our website, when agreed via email with one of our support representatives.

After you place an order via email or telephone, Complete Currency Trader will wait until your payment is received before processing your order. If the funds are not credited into our bank account within seven (7) working days after you have placed your order, this order will be cancelled.

Complete Currency Trader will not charge a fee for paying by bank wire transfer, but please ensure that we receive the full amount before we process your order. Please note that some financial institutions may charge you a fee for using a bank wire transfer.

Security

Complete Currency Trader takes precautions — including administrative, technical, and physical measures — to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Complete Currency Trader uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages where personal information is collected.

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

Upon successful payment for the product or service you have ordered, following completion by Complete Currency Trader of security checks, Complete Currency Trader will send you by e-mail a written Confirmation of Order (your receipt).

The Confirmation of Order constitutes the acceptance of your order by Complete Currency Trader Ltd and indicates the existence of a binding sales contract.

SHIPPING

Delivery costs for all physical products will be assessed by Complete Currency Trader and will be added to the price of the Complete Currency Trader products themselves. Please refer to the product page for more information.

The delivery costs and the estimated delivery lead time will be mentioned on the website product page or by the Complete Currency Trader support representative before you place your order.

When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing, as well as receiving your payment in case of bank wire transfer. Once the order is processed and ready for shipment, we will send you the Confirmation of shipment by e-mail.

We will use reasonable efforts to ensure delivery by the carrier within the estimated delivery lead time from the date of our Confirmation of shipment.

Complete Currency Trader insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature by an adult to confirm the delivery of each Complete Currency Trader product, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

All items are shipped from our facility in Indiana, USA. Complete Currency Trader is not responsible for any import tax or duties imposed by the customers country of delivery. All import duties and or tax are the responsibility of the customer.

CUSTOMERS’ RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 7 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 7 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. In the case of services or intangible items, you have a right to withdraw from this contract within 7 days of Complete Currency Trader accepting your order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can contact our Customer Support Centre (details indicated on the website). You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail), which we must receive before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

We will not reimburse any additional import tax or duty you incurred that were paid to your country of residence government.

We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods returned back to us in the case physical products.

You shall send back the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear all costs associated with shipping the items back to us.

The Customer will be liable for any decrease in the value of the product if the deterioration is caused by a use beyond the ordinary quality inspection of the product. Consequently, if the product is found to be damaged when returned to us, Complete Currency Trader will deduct the cost of refurbishment or replacement from the refund.

This “Right of Withdrawal” is the minimum term set out in law as governed by the jurisdiction of Complete Currency Trader Ltd incorporation in the United Kingdom. However please note that we may extend your rights of withdrawal to longer periods for certain products and services on our website. Ensure you check the specific product or service page when you place your order to establish if you have a longer period in which to act.

After the right of withdrawal minimum term has expired, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Extended periods of rights to withdraw:

For purchases of the ‘Complete Currency Trader Home Study Trading course’, the customers’ right to withdraw is extended to 21 days from the date the order is placed on our site.

For purchases of the ‘Complete Currency Trader Mind-Set Course’, the customers’ right to withdraw is extended to 21 days from the date the order is placed on our site.

For purchases of the ‘Complete Currency Trader Introduction Course’, the customers’ right to withdraw is extended to 14 days from the date the order is placed on our site.

For purchases of the ‘Complete Currency Trader Elite Insider’s Club Membership’, the customers’ right to withdraw is 7 days from the date the order is placed on our site. This purchase is a subscription based membership which has a recurring charge which is billed every 30 days (in the case of monthly subscription) or every 12 months (in the case of annual subscription) and will continue indefinitely until the customer cancels their membership.

RETURN PROCESS

Products that have been purchased on the website may be returned to our shipping facility at the following address: Complete Currency Trader Ltd. 2001 North Hunt Street, Terre Haute, IN 47805, United States of America.

To make the return process easier for you, please follow the steps mentioned below.

First, please contact the customer support department (contact details indicated on the Website) to arrange the return.

Thereafter:

i) Carefully pack the all items included with the product in to a suitable container equivalent to the original box it arrived in is recommended.

ii) Include the full product, all its accessories, manuals, paperwork, and cases etc, as applicable, and all other documents found in its original box and delivery package.

iii) Seal the package and affix any returns address and shipment documentation.

iv) Call a courier provider such as FedEx to collect the package for return.

The customer is responsible for providing to Complete Currency Trader a courier tracking reference number as proof of return. Complete Currency Trader accepts no liability in the event that such proof cannot be produced. In the case of physical products, only merchandise received by Complete Currency Trader will be eligible for a refund.

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the goods to Complete Currency Trader.

Upon receiving a return, Complete Currency Trader will verify that the returned product complies with these Conditions of Sale.

Conditions for returning a product

Complete Currency trader products must be returned in a new and unused state.

All returns will be subject to strict Quality Control (QC) by Complete Currency Trader to ensure that the returned products satisfy these requirements.

If the returned product satisfies Quality Control (QC), Complete Currency Trader will proceed with the refund.

GOVERNING LAW

These Conditions of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without reference to conflict of law provisions, and with the exclusion of the Convention of International Sale of Goods.
